Reflexology/zone therapy is a form of treatment within the alternative medicin. It has a deep relaxation effect in your whole body, your bodys self-healing ability is stimulated, the blood circulation together with your metabolism increases, making you clear out toxins and waste products. Your body will build up a better resistance to diseases, aches and pains wear off and makes you sleep better. The blockages degrade the energies and they are treated by stimulating the reflex points, allowing the energy flow freely again.
