Many perceptive women ask:
why do I get overwhelmed so easily when being around other people?

There might be several reasons why perceptive/highly sensitive women get overwhelmed so easily around other people.

One important reason is usually their high ability to sense the room — to scan the environment.

This can be a gift when used properly, but often becomes something that feels overwhelming, as it makes them too open energetically — feeling vulnerable, and unable to fully close their system - letting “anything” in.

The inner feeling that the world is unsafe, or that there is nobody fully there to hold you, can make the system struggle to fully settle into the body.

This often leads to difficulty grounding — and a sense of always being slightly “on the way somewhere else”. As if part of you never fully trusts it is safe to be here.

What we actually need is to release these emotional imprints, ground the body and build a stronger internal and energetic system — both within the body and around it.

This is exactly what my Soul Empowered Mental Wellness Yoga approach works with.

I see this in so many perceptive / highly sensitive women

Why rest alone isn’t fixing your mental overload:

Many perceptive women get easily overwhelmed and mentally overloaded.

Their first impulse is usually to withdraw, isolate themselves, and think the answer is more rest.

But the thing is.

Too much rest usually equals stagnation in the system — leading to stagnation in the mind, and in life.

What we need is to move the body, and build a strong, resilient energy system that surrounds the body, helping you filter and regulate what comes in. Giving you space again.

We need a strong, stable nervous system so we can perceive information safely, in our own time.

We need grounded soul-alignment.

And a clear direction forward in life.

This is the foundation of my Soul Empowered Mental Wellness Yoga approach.

Learning how to let the system actually Heal and settle.


My work is rooted in what I had to learn the hard way — after years of burnout, nervous system overload, and losing access to my own clarity and cognitive strength.

Over time, I began working with the brain and nervous system in a very different way — combining my background as a research scientist with deep inner healing work and meditation-based brain and nervous system regulation practices.

This became what I now call the Brain Healing Technique.


It’s not about doing more.

It’s about allowing the system to come out of survival mode — and back into clarity, stability, and inner strength.

This is what I now teach in my 3-Day Restorative Brain Healing Journey.

A simple, guided space to begin letting the system heal and reset — gently, and at its own pace.

Driven, perceptive — but exhausted inside.

On the outside it can look like you’re functioning.

You know how to handle things.
You’ve carried a lot for a long time.

But underneath…

there’s a constant low-level tension a kind of inner fatigue like your system never really settles

You try to rest
you try to slow down

maybe you’ve done a lot of inner work already
but something still doesn’t shift.


This is where I usually meet women.

Women who are capable, aware, and used to holding a lot
— but over time, their brain and nervous system have been under more load than they can sustainably carry,
and don’t fully know how to come back out of it.

This is why I created the

It’s a simple, guided experience focused on helping your system actually settle

Many perceptive, soul-aware women might find themselves being too open.

Taking in everything.

Other people’s emotions.
Subtle shifts in energy.
Everything.

Overwhelm.
A tired, wired mind.
Energy that never fully returns.

So you keep trying to manage it.
Different tools.
Practices.
Ways to protect your energy.

But if the body never gets to land…
nothing really holds.

What actually changes things is this:

Grounding properly.
Coming back into the body.

Let your system reconnect with your Soul.

An energy container strong enough to hold your perception — so you don’t need to withdraw.

That’s where your energy starts to return.
That’s where your mind clears, and you come back to yourself.
