Well… we made it.

Tomorrow, Sacred Sauna Mood officially opens its doors.

Actually, we thought this would be our easiest opening yet. We had done it before, learned a lot, and felt ready. Instead, it turned out to be the toughest project we’ve taken on so far. Countless obstacles, unexpected setbacks, and more problems to solve than we could have imagined. Murphys law 🤷‍♂️

But that’s also what makes today feel so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. .agency Martin & Tellan, our pool guys, Nightline Mange, our partners, our daughters, our friends, and everyone who has supported us along the way❤️‍🔥

Now it’s finally time to do what this whole thing was built for, sauna sessions, cold water, good conversations, and a summer spent with amazing people🔥

We’re incredibly proud of the result and we hope as many of you as possible will come visit us, whether it’s at Mood or Slakthusområdet.

And after summer, the adventure continues. Sebastian and Andre are heading to Gothenburg to begin the next build and the next chapter of Sacred Sauna. Our very first location outside Stockholm.

So stick around. There’s a lot more to come.

Wow. Mood. What a day.

Somehow we got rain, hail, sunshine and strong winds, all within a few hours. But, none of that mattered.

Seeing so many of you show up, hang out, sauna, cold plunge, laugh, and celebrate this new chapter with us means more than anything.

Building this place has been a ride, and moments like yesterday remind us why we do it. The support from this community is something special.

A special shoutout to .agency and for helping make it all happen.

Now we’re putting in the very last touches before opening day on Wednesday, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back.

The session is led by trained guides called “Operators” and is designed to create a powerful mix of relaxation, energy, connection, and mental reset. The experience is built around:

* 3 guided sauna rounds
* Cold plunges between rounds
* Breathwork and meditation
* Music and lighting
* Essential oils and steam rituals
* Group energy and community feeling

A typical Sacred Session lasts about 60 minutes.
