OPEN SAUNA AT SLAKTIS IS BACK 🔥

Our Open Sauna at Slakthusområdet is officially open again, and we’ve extended the hours at both Mood and Slaktis, giving you even more time to sauna your way.

At Mood, you can book Open Sauna from early morning until late evening whenever it doesn’t overlap with one of our guided sessions.

And at Slaktis, it gets even better. Our separate Open Sauna has room for up to 8 people and is available throughout the day, morning, afternoon and evening, giving you plenty of freedom to come whenever it suits you.

One visit is 249 SEK, or go unlimited for 349 SEK/month.

Booking is super simple, just choose Open Sauna on our website, pick your location and time, and you’re in.

NEW SESSION: SACRED SERENITY

Meet Sacred Serenity, our calmest and most meditative session yet.

Serenity is designed for deep recovery, mindfulness and complete relaxation. Unlike our more dynamic sessions, there are no peaks in music or intensity. Instead, every round stays slow, grounded and meditative from beginning to end. The only thing that gradually intensifies is the heat.

If you’ve joined us before, think of the feeling of the first round, but carried through the entire session.

Soft music, mindful guidance, deep relaxation. A full reset for body and mind.

Book your Serenity session, first out is Monday’s 5pm with Dilin starting Monday 24th August
