Floating in space 🌌🌊

During my 5 Singing Bowl session, Neo used a crystal bowl that connected me to a new realm. In his gentle presence and calmness I was able to feel safe and trust to be held, while the sound of the crystal bowl connected me to space, in which I floated in complete safety.
This experience gave me a new imprint of being I now bring into my daily life. I am deeply grateful for Neo’s deep presence and care in the way he held space for me! ✨

Today we honor the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year and the return of the light.
Long before modern traditions, this was a sacred time to celebrate rebirth, hope, and the sun’s slow return.
May the light grow within and around us. 🌞

Three hours together with made me feel safe, seen, heard, and held. I knew I carried a lot of tension, trauma, and unprocessed emotions — but to have so much rise to the surface with someone who was a complete stranger to me — wow. I’m already looking forward to our next session.
