Cellevate has successfully closed a financing round of SEK 21.3 million with strong support from both existing shareholders and new investors, including Almi Invest.

This investment reflects continued confidence in our strategy and strengthens our ability to accelerate the commercialization and scale-up of Cellevat3d® VAX nanofibers together with our partners.

We are announcing a leadership transition at Cellevate.

After an impactful tenure, our CEO Laura Chirica, PhD is moving on to new opportunities. We are grateful for her strong contributions in building the company, advancing our strategy, and positioning Cellevate as an emerging innovator in industrial bioprocessing.

At the same time, we warmly welcome Karsten Fjärstedt as Interim CEO. With over 30 years of experience in the bioprocessing industry, Karsten brings valuable expertise as we continue to scale and develop the company.

🎉Cellevate has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification and implemented GMP production processes in new cleanroom, marking a major milestone for Cellevate to becoming an industrial bioprocessing supplier!

The certification reflects Cellevate’s dedication to delivering the highest standard of quality assurance throughout all its processes, from the business plan and company management to research and development, production, sales and marketing, product delivery and customer support.

The implementation of GMP processes for production in the new cleanroom enables controlled, robust and scalable manufacturing of our Cellevat3d® nanofiber products, supporting increasing demand from global partners, CDMOs, and biopharmaceutical companies.
