Hi friends! I probably won’t be posting actively here and you can subscribe on my channel instead with the link in the comment section. I purchased this course “A year of writing to uncover the authentic self” so that I can start journalling as a habit for this year. I want to start documenting all the tiny efforts that I’m going to make this year to see where they will lead me. Do you like journaling? Have you started yet? You can get this course too, it doesn’t cost much and it really helped me dig deep into my mind.

This helps when I’m on the internet too long and start comparing myself to others.

At the end of 2022 I decided to improve my relationship with money, and I signed up for a course to “connect to money” with chị Hiếu (she doesn’t seem to be on IG). It was so good that I got her as my life coach. I worked out a lot of blockage, limiting belief and mindset problems with her.
My relationship with money has improved. I’m more comfortable in abundance and prosperity.
I haven’t become that rich yet, but you can still come and see my virtual art gallery in my stories “Arts I love”.

Art to me is not just a visual feast; it’s a soulful connection.

Meet this piece by artist that holds a special place in my heart and home. It’s a treasure I brought from Hanoi - Vietnam now adorning my home Buddha altar.

This is the first book in the trilogy “Your Yoga” by Bernie Clark, a must read for yoga teacher and enthusiasts. It has changed the way I teach and do yoga - no more dogmatic cues, but an exploration of one’s own body to understand it and love it.
