I am committed to providing a high quality therapeutic massage service to energize your body, mind and spirit. As a massage therapist my objective is to relieve the aches, pains and tension caused by work, sports or other stress related situations. My goal is to return your body to its natural pain-free balance! Massage therapy is based on our natural instinct to rub an area that hurts. It is believed by many that the word MASSAGE comes to us from the Arabic language meaning "kneading friction, touch or squeeze." I invite you to experience the rejuvenating benefits of therapeutic massage today and discover the positive effects it can have on your body and your overall health and wellness.
