Energy Positive is expanding its network of independent, senior-level practitioners to support individuals navigating demanding professional, personal, and transitional phases.
Our work sits at the intersection of leadership, emotional regulation, trauma-informed practices, and sustainable performance, with a clear human-centered approach.

We are seeking freelance professionals with solid experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Transformational Coaching
- Executive Coaching
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
- EMDR Therapy (licensed and certified where applicable)
- Profiles combining several approaches are welcome.

Candidates should demonstrate:
- High proficiency in Swedish; additional languages are considered an asset
- Proven experience working with adults in complex life or career transitions
- Comfort working with high-functioning profiles (executives, entrepreneurs, expats, public-sector leaders)
- Strong ethical framework, professional boundaries, and emotional intelligence
- Relevant certifications and insurance according to their discipline and country of practice
- Autonomy, depth of practice, and a long-term perspective
- Openness to collaboration and cross-disciplinary work
- Experience with international or multicultural clients is considered an asset.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

-A path to the body's inner wisdom and health

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a treatment method that originates from Osteopathy. Using light touch, the therapist senses and supports the subtle tidal-like motions in tissues and fluids, that are perceived to be connected to the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the central nervous system.

Stress, injuries or emotional distress may cause the subtle respiratory motions to become compressed. Over time this may cause tension and restrictions in the body system. Craniosacral treatment focuses on releasing these tensions, increasing fluidity and maintaining balance within the structure and function of the body. By gently releasing these restrictions, the movements of fluid and tissues within the body can be restored, enhancing the body´s inherent potential for health.

Conditions that usually respond well to Craniosacral treatment:

*Physical aches and pains
*Stress and anxiety
*Digestive problems
*Insomnia
*Sinusitis
*Emotional or psychological difficulties
*Strengthening of the immune system and overall wellbeing

The treatment is carried out on a couch, fully clothed. Many find the treatment very relaxing. Feelings of warmth, pulsation or other sensations may be experienced during the treatment session, a sign that a healing process is in progress.
