INVITATION TO CIRCLING in Stockholm and Copenhagen

This is an invitation to come and enter the circling practice with me. I want to slow down with you to where we can each feel our body with each breath. The intimacy that comes when our awareness deepens and more of our experience reveals itself to us in each moment.

What is contact like when we can feel ourselves while being in contact? When we do not shut down or leave ourselves to be with someone else. In the space I invite you into we dare to be more truthful to our experience and trust the innocence of our aliveness. We trust and express our own truth.

Let us extend in the natural unfolding of our expression and deeper contact. More contact also means rubbing off, attracting, calling upon each other .. and also repell. With more presence and trust in the space, our contact with each other in each moment will lead us into seeing deeper truths about ourselves.

Embracing circling means embracing the unknown, relinquishing the confines of certainty for the expansiveness of intuition. It transcends the boundaries of linear thought, allowing our souls to roam freely and our bodies to inhabit the present moment without the constraints of rationality. In this space, our experiences need not adhere to logic; they simply exist, inviting us to explore the depths of our being.

Do you find yourself struggling with addictions in your life? Do you not find yourself creating the life you want because of unhelpful behaviour? Are you tired of replacing one addiction with another everytime you quit?

Get to the bottom of why you develop addictions.

In our Presence Matters - Monthly Group Meetings: Addiction on the 11th december at 18.00 CET we explore the theme of addictions together in a compassionate space.

Most of us have one or several addictions that we struggle with. Einar and me will talk you through how shame and avoidance are at the core of addictions and how accountability is key in dealing with our addictions.

In this session we present an integral approach to addiction treatment and share some of the core reasons for why develop addictions. We will present a few models from research.

There will be time for us each to share about our personal journey with addictions in our life in a compassionate manner.
In exercises you get to explore how to work with your addictions.

In the past months, several people gave us the feedback that those monthly group meetings have been very enlightening and healing to them. In a space of compassion and connection you get to share and witness your and others personal journeys and learn models and concepts about important themes.
