As September comes to a close… 🌹✨

This month, I have been holding space for the Divine Mother while also honouring my grandmother — my first guide and one of the people who shaped the foundation of my journey into holistic health and education.

Her influence is one of the reasons I continue to stand strong in what I do today: creating spaces for connection, healing, and support within my collective.

As I close this chapter and move through the 9/9 portal, I feel ready to step into a new theme.

✨ October will be about Mental Health. ✨

A month to bring more awareness, connection, conversation, and support around something that touches every one of us.

As I move forward, I will also be using my platform to shine a light on some amazing experts and the work they are doing, creating opportunities for their wisdom and support to reach the people who need it.

🇪🇬 EGYPT — ONLY 3 SPACES REMAIN

This October, I’m taking a small group on a 14-day Sovereign Leadership Retreat through Egypt.

And we are now down to the final 3 spaces.

This is not a conventional Egypt retreat.

We begin in Cairo and Giza, including private access to the King’s Chamber inside the Great Pyramid, where you’ll have the opportunity to lie inside the 4,500-year-old granite sarcophagus as part of our private experience.

Then we leave Cairo behind for two nights in the White & Black Desert, sleeping beneath the stars during the Orionid meteor shower.

From there, we journey south to Aswan, experience Nubian culture and sacred sites, before boarding our 5★ Dahabiya for a slow journey along the Nile towards Luxor.

And in Luxor, we enter one of the most important experiences of the retreat:

🔥 Private access to the sanctuary of Sekhmet at Karnak, where I’ll lead our intimate ceremony around transformation, boundaries and sovereignty.

Throughout the 14 days, I’ll be working closely with the group through Light Codes, clearing, activation, guided reflection and deeper transformational work.
