Each treatment is completely unique, depending on:
-the client
-their needs
-where they are in their personal growth and development
-their reason/ reasons for coming to the session
-and how they move through the session

Each treatment is in a private room, or out in nature. The client is always fully clothed,
lying on a massage table or comfortably on blankets on the ground. You can request to book a time limit, however, I recommend to allow a free flow in time, as to get the most out of your treatment, and allow yourself time to move through the session at your own pace.
