Good day everybody, there will be a live stream at 3 pm today.
For those who have bought the Sharkfin broth + mini sharkfin (250gm) + Premium crab meat lump (can) set. Here is the preparation methods to get the utmost result.
1) Boil the Broth to boiling point
2) Wash n soften, boil a separate water pot for the mini sharkfin
(250gm) for 10 to 15 mins depending on your preference for soft
texture
3) Off both the fire and add the sharkfins from the clear boiling
water to the Sharkfin Borth. Cover it with a lid and let it
simmer for 20 to 30 mins to enrich the flavour.
4) For those who want to have starchy flavour, add cornflour

Alternatively, those who want much richer flavour can do the
steps above and store in the fridge, then next morning boil and a deeeper flavour will emerge.
