🥇Behind every medal is a struggle that people don’t always see.

For Danie Dharma, that meant pushing through the final stages of prep and losing 1.1kg just to make weight.

💪But through all the obstacles, one thing kept him going: mental toughness.

🙌🏼His biggest advice? Start early. You never know what challenges might come your way, and the earlier you prepare, the more prepared you’ll be when they do.

The journey won’t always go according to plan. But with the right mindset, you can adapt, push through, and keep moving forward.

Every athlete starts somewhere. 🎳

🤜🏻🤛🏻We recently spent time with a group of young bowlers from RSD Bowling , helping them identify common mobility and movement issues that can affect their performance.

🔍From spotting movement limitations to teaching simple exercises they can use in their training, our goal was simple, help them move better, stay healthy, and reduce their risk of injury.

Because good athletic development isn’t just about performing better today.

It’s about building good movement habits early, preventing injuries, and giving young athletes the tools to keep doing what they love for years to come. 💪
