SST is a subconscious pattern-resolution approach — a meeting place between psychology, the subconscious, and the sacred — for women who continue to repeat painful patterns despite insight and self-awareness.

Don’t waste your time. Go to hypnotherapy.

For how much I hated myself.
For never feeling good enough.
For the jealousy and insecurity.
For how deeply alone I felt.
For running away from my problems.
For struggling to make good girlfriends.
For my problems with authority.
For choosing men who couldn’t be available.
For undercharging for my work.
For the decisions I made that didn’t keep me safe.

I spent years thinking these were separate problems.

They weren’t.

They were patterns being run by parts of my mind I couldn’t consciously access.

Hypnotherapy was the thing that finally helped me reach them.

And eventually, I developed Subliminal State Therapy — hypnotherapy zinged up with somatic work, nervous-system regulation and a spiritually enriching experience.

The aim isn’t just to understand why you are the way you are.

It’s to change the pattern underneath it, so you actually think, feel and choose differently.

People sometimes tell me it feels like magic.

It isn’t.

Once you understand how the layered mind-body system works, it makes perfect sense.

Millennials are aging backwards!

Studies show millennials helped normalise therapy — seeking mental-health support at significantly higher rates than the generations before them.

My theory? We stopped spending so much energy being who we were told to be.

But real IDGAF isn’t rebellion.

If you’re consciously saying “I don’t care what they think” while subconsciously still carrying their beliefs, you’re still fighting them internally.

That’s energy leakage.

Less internal conflict = more energy for your actual life.

SST works with the subconscious beliefs still costing you energy — so you don’t have to keep fighting them.

Maybe looking younger isn’t just skincare.

Maybe it’s what happens when life takes less out of you.
In case you were wondering where that beautiful place is... is where the fun is!

Sometimes, underneath narcissistic patterns is a person who learned very early:

“No one will meet my needs.”

Imagine a child who asks for love, attention or reassurance — but somehow, what they receive never feels like enough.

Perhaps another child in the family is better at getting attention.
Perhaps his needs are repeatedly missed.
Perhaps he watches someone else receive what he desperately wants.

The event itself isn’t necessarily what stays with him.

It’s the meaning he makes from it.

No one will meet my needs.
I have to put myself first.
There isn’t enough love for me.

And a subconscious belief doesn’t necessarily disappear when the child grows up.

It can become the lens through which he experiences relationships.

He may become highly sensitive to whether his needs are being met.
He may struggle when attention isn’t on him.
He may constantly need reassurance that he matters.

What looks like an excessive need for importance on the outside may have begun with a child who felt:

“There isn’t enough for me.”

Understanding the origin doesn’t excuse harmful behaviour.

It helps us understand that adult patterns often have a history.

Find the belief beneath the pattern, and you find where the pattern began.

We choose love based on our first model of love.

If your first experience of love came with criticism, disapproval or the feeling that someone was never quite satisfied with you, you may have learned:

This is what love feels like.

You may grow up consciously wanting someone warm, accepting and emotionally safe — yet find yourself drawn to people whose love you have to earn.

People who criticise you.
People whose approval feels just out of reach.
People who make you work to feel chosen.

Not because you want to be treated badly.

Because familiarity can feel like chemistry.

Your subconscious recognises the emotional dynamic long before your conscious mind asks whether it is actually good for you.

And underneath it may be an even deeper belief:

“If I can finally get this person to love me as I am, perhaps it proves I was lovable all along.”

This is why insight alone doesn’t always stop the pattern.

You can know someone is wrong for you and still feel intensely drawn to them.

When we resolve the beliefs underneath the pattern, we don’t just become better at resisting unhealthy love.

Healthy love starts to feel more natural to receive.

What did your first model of love teach you that love feels like?

It may not be bad luck.
And it may not be bad judgement.

Look at your first model of authority.

If the adults who had power over you—parents, teachers, caregivers—were condescending, critical, unpredictable or dismissive, your nervous system may have learned:

This is what authority feels like.
This is how I am treated by people with power.
This is who I become around them.

Then you grow up.

You consciously know the boss is toxic.
You know you’re being diminished.
You tell yourself you should leave.

And yet, somehow, you keep finding yourself in versions of the same dynamic.

Because we don’t only choose according to what we consciously want.

We can recreate situations that fit our subconscious beliefs and our earliest models of relationships—even when those situations make us miserable.

Change the subconscious model, and what feels normal, acceptable and even attractive can begin to change too.

Do you have a pattern in your life you keep repeating, even though you know better?

Look beneath the pattern. There is often a belief holding it in place.

What actually happens in hypnotherapy when you can’t find love?

This is a real Subliminal State Therapy session with a business owner who wanted to understand what was getting in the way of finding a relationship.

Under hypnosis, we’re not trying to convince him that love is safe.

We’re looking for why some part of him decided it wasn’t.

In his case, being cheated on had left behind a deeper conclusion:

If I love, I’ll be weak.

So his mind learned to protect him — stay detached, stay in control, don’t need too much.

The problem is that the same protection that helps you avoid heartbreak can also make it difficult to deeply attach when someone good comes along.

What you’re watching here is part of the process of finding that subconscious association, releasing the emotion attached to it, and giving the mind a different experience of love.

Because sometimes the reason you can’t find love isn’t that you haven’t met the right person.

It’s that some part of you still believes falling in love comes at a cost.

The best response to “I love you” is usually:

“I love you too.”

Except when it comes to our children.

The greatest gift isn’t raising children who keep telling us they love us.

It’s raising children who never have to wonder if they’re loved.

Who carry, deep in their nervous system, the quiet certainty:

“I know.”

Children thrive when love feels secure—not earned, performed, or protected.

That’s where confidence begins.
That’s where resilience grows.
That’s where love becomes something they can freely give to others.

📚 Research consistently shows that sensitive, responsive caregiving is one of the strongest predictors of a child’s secure attachment, which forms the foundation for emotional security and healthy relationships later in life. (PubMed)

You call it independence.

But somewhere along the way, you stopped letting life give to you.

You return the coffee. Deflect the compliment. Insist on paying. Refuse the help. Shrink the support before it can fully land.

And you tell yourself it’s strength.

But a nervous system that cannot receive is not free, it is braced.

It is a life with a ceiling.
A love with a wall.
A bank account with a quiet limit.
A body that exhausts itself proving it doesn’t need anyone.

The pattern is not in your mind.
It is in the part of you that once learned receiving came with strings and has been protecting you from invisible contracts ever since.

Receiving Without Obligation is a 57-minute Subliminal State Therapy audio that works underneath this pattern, so support, love, money, and care can finally land without being turned into debt the moment they arrive.

Audio №4 in the Purpose and Potential series.

Looking asleep while your subconscious rewires decades of conditioning around desire, visibility, love, money, receiving, and self-worth.

This term inside Oraya, the women are learning:
- discernment instead of self-abandonment
- vulnerability with steadiness
- courage without over-performing
- how to recognise what their real desires actually are

We are untangling family patterns around:
keeping small
over-sacrificing
fear of visibility
suppressed desire
poverty consciousness
survival-based relationships with money and love

And we do this inside the safety of a sisterhood where a woman no longer has to wonder whether she can fully be herself.

A space where women hold each other through expansion.
Through truth.
Through visibility.
Through becoming.

You can also do this privately from your own home through the recorded audios.

We are nearly at the end of this term, though you can still receive the benefits through the recordings.

The only rule:
do them in sequence.
