**You’re not lazy. You might be sabotaging yourself without even realizing it.**
You say you want to lose weight…
but somehow keep reaching for the food you know doesn’t make you feel good.
You want financial freedom…
but somehow keep spending the money you promised yourself you’d save.
You want more time…
but somehow become more anxious every time you look at the clock.
So ask yourself:
**What is actually stopping you from having what you say you want?**
Maybe it’s self-sabotage.
**3 things are often underneath it:**
**1. You don’t fully trust yourself.**
You’ve broken promises to yourself before, so part of you stops believing you’ll follow through.
**2. You’re avoiding a deeper need.**
Sometimes the behavior isn’t the problem. It’s the way you’re trying to meet a need you don’t yet know how to face.
**3. You’re using the behavior to feel temporary relief.**
Food. Spending. Scrolling. Overthinking.
They give you a moment of comfort when something underneath feels uncomfortable.
The solution isn’t to fight yourself harder.
**It’s to create enough safety to meet what’s underneath the pattern.**
This is where I work with the body through **Spinal Energetics** — gently creating space to process emotions, patterns and tension, so you can reconnect with yourself instead of automatically repeating the same response.
Because sometimes you don’t need more willpower.
**You need a new way to feel safe being with yourself.**
