第十三届正骨推拿培训班今天最后一节课，同学们都满载而归。
Today is the last lesson for 13th intake Bone Setting Therapy Course
第十四届正骨推拿培训班已经在内部培训完成。
The 14th intake Bone Setting Therapy Course already completed by inhouse training.
第十五届正骨推拿培训班已确定在下周二开课，仍接受最后报名。
The 15th intake Bone Setting Therapy Course will start on next Tuesday, still accept new enrolment.
本正骨推拿培训班自2021年4月开办第一届以来，已成功开办第十五届，已有约150位学员参加本培训班（平均每班约10人）。学员包括推拿师、正骨师、理疗师、针灸师、中医师、推拿学院导师、院长、秘书长、会长、中医博士等等。
The Bone Setting Therapy Course was first started since April last year in 2021, and already conducted 15 classes with about 150 students altogether. The students included Tuina Therapist, Massage Therapist, Bone Setter, TCM Physician, Acupuncturist, Therapy Trainer, Director, Dean, Secretary, Chairman, President and TCM Doctor PhD etc.

第一届《内功一指禅推拿》课程将在近期开课。
First class of "Inner Force One Finger Zen Manipulation Therapy" training course is starting soon.
一指禅推拿为推拿手法中难度较高的一种，手法有推、拿、按、摩、滚、捻、抄、搓、缠、揉、摇、抖等十二法，其中一指禅推法是主要手法。同时必须配合独特的内功训练法，以增强手法功力。一指禅推拿疗法具有舒筋通络、调和营卫、行气活血、健脾和胃等作用。
One finger Zen Manipulation Techniques is one of the most difficult techniques. The techniques include pushing, holding, pressing, rubbing, rolling, twisting, rubbing, winding, kneading, shaking and shaking. One finger Zen Technique is the main technique. At the same time, the unique internal skill training method must be used to enhance the skill. One finger Zen massage therapy has the functions of relaxing tendons and unblocking collaterals, harmonizing Ying and Wei, promoting qi and blood circulation, strengthening spleen and stomach, etc.
