Inspiring Women Series // Originally from Ireland, Liza Rowan is the Founder & CEO of Health & Vitality, a non-profit business through which she advocates for healthy living. The nutritionist had lived in Australia, Austria, Scotland, Austria, Canada and Hong Kong before settling here in Singapore with her husband and two teenage sons.
