On 7th May, Thursday @ 7 pm, Nithyananda eGurukul Singapore held the lesson #19 of eGurukul Cultural Session with Celebrating the Guru.
A total of 3 kids and 3 parents joined today’s interesting lesson.
Today, we explored Guru's Voice in Your Heart" which is one of the MOST IMPORTANT lessons! Children NEED to learn to distinguish between mind noise and Guru's guidance!
We began by connecting to the last lesson about how we surrendered worries to Guru, after surrendering, sometimes we RECEIVED guidance!"
Today we learn to RECOGNIZE that guidance!
Part 1 - Two voices inside us:
• Mind Voice: Worried, confused, angry, selfish - "What if I fail?" "I'm scared!" "That's not fair!" Feeling: Heavy, tight, confused.
• Guru Voice: Peaceful, clear, loving, wise. "Everything will be okay" "Trust" "Be kind". Feeling: Light, peaceful, certain
We did a simple test:
Mind voice = pushes you toward fear/anger
Guru voice = pulls you toward love/peace
Mind voice = changes every minute
Guru voice = stays steady
Mind voice = about "me, me, me"
Guru voice = about "love, truth, dharma"
Part 2: The children were guided to play "INNER VOICE GUESSING GAME with 5 simple scenarios. In each scenario, they asked: "What would MIND voice say?" "What would GURU voice say?"
They could feel the difference in their bodies - Where do you feel mind voice? (head/chest tight), Where do you feel Guru voice? (heart/lightness).
PART 3: PRACTICE LISTENING by asking Swamiji 'What should I do today to be happy?”
PART 4: REAL-LIFE APPLICATION
• Morning: "Ask Guru: 'What should I do today?' Listen"
• When confused: "Stop, ask Guru, listen"
• Before decisions: "Check: Mind or Guru voice?"
Here are the Guru’s voice signals are:
• Feels peaceful/loving,
• Makes you feel courageous,
• Is about helping others,
• Stays the same when you check again
In concluding the lesson, the children were given a homework - Tonight, before sleep, listen for Guru's voice. Tomorrow, try to follow ONE Guru guidance.

CN eGurukul SAT AM #19/2026

On Saturday, 9th May 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:20 pm, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids (Morning Session) gathered four bright children and their parents in a warm, intimate space filled with devotion.

The session began with Sri Guru Puja, where everyone offered heartfelt gratitude to His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. This sacred ritual deepened their oneness with Paramashiva, the eternal source of life, creating a joyful and connected atmosphere from the outset.

The Nithyananda Yoga practice followed, starting with the chanting of the Shiva Mula Mantra, the purifying ritual of tattvacharamaniyam, and a focused Sankalpa. Through vivid visualisation, the children activated the manifesting power of thought to bring their pure intentions into reality. They then flowed through a beautiful sequence of Prathama Vinyasa Krama asanas: Sukhasana, Parvatasana,Halipavasana, Nagipava Asana, Kokilasana, Neti Asana, Gajasana, Rksasana, Vaisyāsana, Balalingasana, Pada pidasana, and Nataraja asana. The gentle, mindful movements left the small group feeling open, grounded, and radiant with subtle energy.

The Powerful Cognition segment continued with Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 1. In Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna fell into powerlessness because he didn’t want to fight with his relatives and teachers. But he was a courageous warrior that was willing to raise his questions to Krishna. Today, children listened to one verse of Bhagavad Gita and learned to chant along in Sanskrit. They enjoyed learning to chant Sanskrit, just like singing.

In the Power Manifestation segment, the children manifested the power of body scanning. Children are yet to develop their root pattern, and they might have incompletions which are stored in the body. Children were guided to connect with different parts of the body and to heal that part.

The session concluded with collective chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, enveloping everyone in gratitude, completion, and wholeness.

The kids then thought about one situation that they were facing in life, they connected to the inner wisdom and got the solution of the problem.

In the Power Manifestation segment, the children manifested the power of body scanning. One volunteer raised her questions and the kids used the third eye to get the solution for the situation.

The session concluded with collective chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, enveloping everyone in gratitude, completion, and wholeness.

*eGurukul (English) Lesson #18/2026, dated Sunday, 3rd May @ 3-5 pm*

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 6 kids & 5 parents.

We began the first segment with Charya Pada – living a conscious lifestyle, where children first offered Sri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam in gratitude and devotion for happening in their lives and manifesting through us.

In the second segment after Guru puja, Ma Maha Adbutacharitra led them into Nithyananda Yoga practice of Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama (DVK) which began with the ritualistic cleansing - tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa chanting. She prepared their bodies with Skeleton dance followed by 9 yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama – Padukasana, Kukkutoddanasana, Viparita Nrtyasana, Kunjarasana, Kadalbasana, Pavanamuktasana, Cakorasana, Dharunarasana 2 and finally relaxing in Padmasana in silence meditation.

Next, we entered into new chapter titled *Unclutching* (lesson #5) from Living of Enlightenment. This lesson taught the children that their fear gives power to the mind, society does not liberate us, it binds us. Your fear gives power to the mind. When the mind comes to attack you, initially it will not have enough confidence. But when it sees that you are afraid of it, it gains confidence and traps you! You give confidence to the mind to attack you. Once you show your fear, once you show that you are very fragile, that is enough for your mind and you are caught. The person who wants to exploit you first makes you believe that you can’t run your life without him. He gives you the impression that you cannot survive without him. Once you fall for it, he starts exploiting you and playing games with you. The moment you start believing that you cannot survive without him, you start putting up with him even though it is an abuse. In the same way, the first thing your mind does is convince you that you cannot be alive without it. The moment it convinces you of this, nothing more needs to be done. Then you never try to drop the mind! The whole purpose of social training is to make you believe that you have continuity of thoughts. Society constantly trains you to hold onto either the shaft of pain or the shaft of pleasure. If you start believing the shaft of pain, you will spend your whole life trying to break the shaft and you will waste your life. If you start believing the shaft of pleasure, you will spend your whole life trying to elongate the shaft and you will end up wasting your life again. Society cannot tolerate your freedom. That is why it never gives you the courage to unclutch. Because once you unclutch, you cannot be controlled, manipulated, or exploited by anyone! If you are in a cage, society can play with you and make you follow all the rules it wants you to. It can feed you when it wants to, and what it wants to. You become very useful to it. But you will be just a utility. The society does not really care for you, you are only a means to an end for them. The moment you understand the truth that you are by nature a liberated being, the moment you relax, the inner healing or the bliss comes out and you feel the freedom. Once you start feeling the freedom, it is enough. It will give you tremendous confidence and courage to fly, to spread your wings in the sky. You will see that your being simply becomes a Paramahamsa in the pure cosmic Consciousness. In the art activity of the day, the children learned to draw with their non-dominant hand.
In the final segment, we started a new power MIND READING Level 2 – reading picture thoughts of others. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children scanned other’s picture thoughts with different categories. Then it was time to wrap up the lesson, we ended by chanting the poorna mantra.

On 30th Apr, Thursday @ 7 pm, Nithyananda eGurukul Singapore held the lesson #18 of eGurukul Cultural Session with *Celebrating the Guru*.
A total of 5 kids and 4 parents joined today’s interesting lesson.
Today, we explored the "Superpower of Surrender" is one of the MOST POWERFULT teachings. To begin, Ma Durga shared her recent experience of manifesting bilva leaves for Pada puja by surrendering. When she surrendered her worry about finding bilva leaves, Guru gave her EXACTLY what she needed!
So what is Surrender?
"Surrender is NOT giving up! Surrender is TRUSTING Guru will handle it!"
Here is a simple analogy: "Like when you're scared to jump into a pool, and your parent says 'I'll catch you!' You surrender your fear and JUMP!"
Here are the Superpower of Surrender:
• "When you surrender WORRY, you receive ENERGY!"
• "When you surrender ANGER, you receive PEACE!"
• "When you surrender CONFUSION, you receive CLARITY!"
• "It's like dropping a heavy backpack and feeling LIGHT!
Next, we played a game titled “LET GO AND RECEIVE" GAME.
They were asked to think of ONE worry they have right now, be it homework, friends etc. Then they imagine it's a heavy rock in their hand. By saying: 'Guru, I surrender this worry to you!' and visualized dropping the rock into Guru's hands. After surrendering, they felt the ENERGY shift from heavy to light!.
Children shared briefly what they surrendered and felt and were amazed by the experience. They were given 3 daily Surrender Situations:-
• Before sleep: "Surrender all worries to Guru, sleep peacefully"
• Before test: "Surrender anxiety to Guru, receive clarity"
• When angry: "Surrender anger to Guru, receive peace"
Finally, tonight before sleep, they will surrender ONE worry to Guru and notice how they feel in the next morning.
In concluding the lesson, we declared to Swamiji “I surrender all my worries, fears, and confusion to you! I receive your energy, peace, and clarity!"

*eGurukul (English) Lesson #17/2026, dated Sunday, 26th Apr @ 3-5 pm*

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 7 kids & 4 parents.

She prepared their bodies with Skeleton dance followed 12 yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama – Vrsasana, Lolasana, Balangunasana, Grahasana, Utkatasana, Vajrasangarasana 2, Anilasana, Padukasana, Kukkutoddanasana, Viparita Nrtyasana, Kunjarasana and finally relaxing in Padmasana in silence meditation.

Next, we entered into new chapter titled *Unclutching* (lesson #4) from Living of Enlightenment. This lesson taught the children that life is new every moment. Every single happening in our lives is unconnected, even our everyday activities like eating and drinking. Each and every experience is independent by its own right. Drinking water yesterday and drinking water today are two completely
different incidents. The food that you ate yesterday and the food that you eat today are different, even if they seem physically the same! But your mind creates the shaft between these two incidents and says, ‘I eat the same food every day.’ Please be very clear, you don’t eat the same food every day. You may use the same word ‘eating’ for both the experiences, but they are not the same experience. Do not be cheated by the words that you use. Yesterday’s eating, today’s eating, and tomorrow’s eating are separate incidents, separate experiences. They are completely independent and unattached. A beautiful incident from the life of an enlightened master from central India: During the last ten years of his life, the doctors asked the master to eat a particular kind of food. He was not allowed to eat anything else. He had to eat the same kind of food three times a day, everyday. After two years the person who cooked for him came and complained, ‘Master, I am bored with cooking the same food. How are you able to eat the same food day after day?’ The master just laughed and said, ‘I am not eating the same food every day. How can I eat the same food every day? I can only eat this food today. Tomorrow’s food is totally different!’ Life is new every moment. It is the mind that makes it look repetitive, dull and mundane. In the activity of the day, the children played a game - eating with chopsticks which made them focus on being in the now and concentrating on the present activity without having any thoughts.
