I offer a holistic approach to healing that takes into account the mind, body and soul. I combine the wisdom of TCM with mindset shifts to help my

patients conquer their health challenges and live their best lives. My mission is to empower more people to take charge of their health by understanding how their body and mind work together. I know that by addressing their mindset and emotional health, everyone can overcome their suffering and achieve true wellness. I am a registered TCM physician in Singapore with a decade of experience in treating patients from all walks of life. Through years of practice as a TCM physician and my own personal journey of healing, I have uncovered powerful methods that not only helped me regain control of my life but also enabled me to overcome my skin issues and the multitude of symptoms that arise from a tense nervous system. About 4-5 years ago, I was under so much stress dealing with relationship issues that I had hives attack (something which I never had in my life before), insomnia and anxiety. Little did I know that this awful experience was the stimulant for deeper healing and transformation for my mind, body & soul. My healing journey sent me on an awakening path into healing myself from within, changing my mindset, understanding my body more, and learning what my body is trying to tell me. It made me realize that so many of my past symptoms were simply due to my anxiety, my overly-stressed nervous system. This realization led me to integrate the power of mindset shifting and profound healing alongside TCM. As a result, I developed a unique ability to perceive the internal struggles that lie beneath the surface of symptoms experienced by many of my patients. This comprehensive approach allows me to guide them on a journey of healing that goes beyond traditional medication and acupuncture. I enjoy sharing tips and guidance to help them manoeuvre out of their stuff and heal from the inside out. However, I encountered a challenge during standard consultation times at the clinic. The limited duration made it difficult to fully address and support my patients in working through their internal struggles. It was then that I had a thought — I needed to expand my reach and share my message and tools online. And thus, Inner Healing TCM was born! Physician Cassandra TCM registration number T1403144E.

As a TCM physician, I believe pregnancy is a season of deep nourishment 🩷

During pregnancy, the body uses a huge amount of blood and energy to support both mum and baby.

This is why many women experience:
* fatigue
* dizziness
* forgetfulness
* “pregnancy brain”
* lower iron levels

One simple snack I personally consume is red dates + walnuts.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine:
❤️ Red dates help nourish blood and support energy
🤎 Walnuts help nourish the brain and kidney system

From a nutritional perspective, walnuts contain healthy fats that support brain health, while red dates contain iron and nutrients that help support healthy blood production.

Simple, grounding nourishment can go a long way during pregnancy.

When we talk about “balance” in TCM, it’s not just a concept — it’s how the body functions at its best.

Your body is always trying to find equilibrium.
Between rest and activity.
Between “heat” and “cold.”
Between physical health and emotional wellbeing.

When that balance is disrupted, that’s when symptoms begin to show.

In my practice, healing isn’t about chasing one symptom at a time.

It’s about understanding the bigger picture — what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

And in today’s world, this matters more than ever.

Many people feel unwell, yet medical tests come back “normal.”

That space in between, where something feels off, but can’t be explained — is where TCM can step in.

Not as a replacement, but as a complementary approach.

Working alongside modern medicine, supporting your body, and addressing imbalances before they become bigger issues.

This path didn’t happen overnight.

Even from a young age, I found myself naturally drawn to biology, the human body, and healing.

So when it came time to choose my studies, I followed that inner pull — and enrolled a double degree in Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It wasn’t the easiest journey.
Years of studying both Western medicine and TCM,
in two languages, across two countries.

But somewhere along the way, I became clear on one thing…

I didn’t belong in the lab.

I belonged with people.

In the clinic, listening to their stories, understanding what they’re going through, and supporting them through their healing journey.

There’s something deeply meaningful about seeing someone walk in feeling unwell…
and slowly return to themselves again.

That feeling never gets old.

And it’s the reason I’m still here, doing this work today. 😊❤️

Part 3 — what “balance” really means in TCM, and how it fits into modern life.

Most people think TCM is just herbs, acupuncture, or something you turn to as a last resort.

But at its core, it’s much deeper than that.

TCM sees the body as a whole system — where your physical health, emotions, and energy are all connected.

When everything flows well, you feel balanced.
When it doesn’t, symptoms start to appear.

Sometimes, before a diagnosis even forms…
your body has already been giving you subtle signs:
fatigue, tension, poor sleep, mood changes etc.

In TCM, we don’t just look at what is happening.
We look at why your body has shifted out of balance.

Because healing isn’t just about removing symptoms.
It’s about restoring harmony from the root.

If this is your first time understanding TCM this way,
you’re not alone.

This is just the beginning.

Part 2 — sharing why I chose this path.
