This 8-week Foundation Course is thoughtfully designed for fresh beginners and those seeking to strengthen their fundamentals. You will receive a comprehensive introduction to basic yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, taught through a supportive blend of lyengar and Hatha yoga.
Each 90 minutes session focuses on building strong foundations-guiding you step by step through correct alignment, mindful movement, and conscious breathing. Whether you are completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner wishing to deepen your understanding, this course offers a safe and structured space to grow.
By the end of the 8 sessions, you can expect to gain a clear and confident understanding of proper alignment in the poses taught, along with greater body awareness and self confidence in your Join us on an 8-week journey to explore both the potential and limitations of your body. Today's newsletter: Yoga for Menstrual Cycle

What is Menstrual Cycle? -The menstrual cycle is a series of natural changes in hormone production and the structures of the uterus and ovaries of the female reproductive system that makes pregnancy possible. (Source extract from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menstrual_cycle)

Do you know that it is not recommended to do any workout and/or yoga on the first day of menstrual cycle because it is a time to ⤵️
• Slow down to connect within and nurture our well-being.
• Recover and rest.
• Realign with female cycle of nature and preserves health.

Through Yoga for Menstrual Cycle sessions, you will learn what are the asanas recommended to practice during menstruation on the following:
• To restore.
• To relax nerves & uterus.
• For me**es cramps and back pain.
• For abnormal heavy/ long periods (normal cycle is 5 days).

+ Sitting asanas to calm tension in the head during Premenstrual Cycle.
