Many researchers believe that exposure to cold weather can adversely affect a person’s immune response, making it harder for the body to fight off infections.

Research suggests that viruses may survive and reproduce more effectively at colder temperatures, making it easier for them to spread and infect more people. Thus, the lower the body temperature, the lower the immunity.

Preparing for cold season

Some ways to avoid getting sick during the winter include:
• ensure adequate nutrition to include vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables
• getting plenty of sleep
• staying hydrated
• washing hands regularly
• always sneezing and coughing into clean tissues
• not sharing foods, drinks, crockery, and utensils with people who have a cold or the flu

今天要为大家带来助眠食谱-香蕉芝麻糊
准备材料:
1.香蕉一根
2.黑芝麻一汤匙
3.鲜奶200g
4.食物调理机一台

作法:
1.香蕉剥皮切块备用
2.将香蕉和鲜奶100g,先用调理机打匀
3.加入剩下的鲜奶与黑芝麻再打几下,均匀即可
香蕉-顾心脏防抽筋还助眠
・含镁 维持生理时钟的规律抑制皮质醇产生
・含色氨酸 转换为血清素促进褪黑激素生成
・含碳水化合物 促进色氨酸进入大脑加速合成褪黑激素黑芝麻-稳定神经、放松肌肉
・含镁 维持生理时钟的规律抑制皮质醇产生
・含钙 帮助放松神经及肌肉
・含α亚麻油酸
请勿饮食过量,造成热量超标
