This is a very good video to just remove the double chin in order to make your neck posture better for the long run!
Let’s correct the double chin and forward neck posture together!
- Stand with one shoulder against the wall and make sure the centre of your ear is in line with the shoulder.
- If your ear is leaning forward as compared to shoulder alignment, this means that you have a forward headed posture that can speed up degeneration of neck and shoulder as well as contributing to frequent headaches or dizziness.
Do a quick assessment and correct yourself to improve your posture before it gets fixated as your normal posture!
