We wrap up an incredible two days at the Connexion Conference & Event Centre, Bangsar South (15–16 August)! Our team engaged with numerous inspiring survivors, patients, and dedicated healthcare professionals at the Can-Care booth.

❄️ Protect Your Nerves with Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy is a precision temperature-controlled cooling therapy used during chemotherapy to help reduce the risk and severity of Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN).

By gently cooling the hands and feet, cryotherapy temporarily narrows the blood vessels (vasoconstriction), reducing the amount of chemotherapy drugs reaching the peripheral nerves. This may help protect the nerves while allowing your chemotherapy treatment to continue as prescribed.

For years, Can-Care has been privileged to facilitate the Wig Sharing segment, where we share practical guidance on selecting, wearing, and caring for wigs, while introducing headscarves, turbans, and other headwear options to help individuals undergoing chemotherapy feel more comfortable and confident.🎀👒
