💊💊SPOTS ON THE FACE 💊💊
We all want to have blemish-free porcelain skin, but as time goes by we realize that with the sun and stress, it is more common every day to find small pigmentations along the face.
-What causes these spots:?
👉🏻It can be triggered by various factors, there are many types, and we tend to fall into the error of simplifying its variety and complexity, which despite the different ways in which they can be presented, also have points in common, they all imply an alteration in the skin pigmentation.
👉🏻There are spots on the face of uncontrollable origin, such as those due to genetic predisposition; and others that can be avoided, such as those produced by sun exposure, here we give you remedies to help the latter.
🌳NATURAL REMEDIES🌳
🪴-Yogurt and carrot:
Apply plain yogurt on the stains and top with some carrot slices. Leave them for a few minutes and rinse.
🪴-Coconut cream:
Applying a little every night after cleansing the face helps the face regenerate quickly and the spots gradually fade.
🪴-Cucumber and parsley:
Mix five tablespoons of blended cucumber, five tablespoons of crushed parsley, five tablespoons of sesame or wheat germ oil in a glass jar, close it tightly and place it in a dark place for a few days. Apply in compresses on the stains for 20 minutes and then wash it off.
🪴-Apple vinager:
Apply with a cotton ball and leave for 20 minutes. Then apply a layer of plain unflavored yogurt for another 20 minutes and rinse.
🪴-Strawberries:
Mix the juice of a strawberry with two small tablespoons of natural yogurt, two drops of frankincense essential oil and half a tablespoon of cosmetic clay. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
🪴-Yucca:
Boil the yucca until it softens and make a puree, then apply on the face.
🪴-Aloe vera:
Mix a lemon, two tablespoons of milk and aloe vera pulp. Squeeze the lemon and mix it with the milk, apply it to the affected area and after it dries, put the aloe vera pulp and cover with gauze. Leave it as long as possible and remove with water.
🪴-Lemon:
Apply it every night before going to bed and wash your face when you wake up. It is one of the best known remedies but you must be very careful not to expose yourself to the sun because you would stain more.
🪴-Olive oil:
Use a few drops to restore radiance to skin.
🪴-Onion:
Crush an onion and mix it with a little vinegar, apply directly to the stain, leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse. It is important not to expose yourself to the sun afterwards.
🪴-Tomato juice:
Mix a tablespoon of tomato juice with a tablespoon of lemon juice, apply with a cotton ball on the stains and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse.
🪴-Yolk:
Mix an egg yolk with natural yogurt and half a tablespoon of honey, spread it on the skin and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
🪴-Elderberry:
Boil three tablespoons of elderberry in half a liter of water for 10 minutes. When it cools, strain and apply on the stains twice a day.
🪴-Banana:
Crush a banana and add the juice of a lemon, apply the mixture on the skin and let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse.
🪴-Papaya:
Use the peels to rub the affected skin on the inside. Helps remove blemishes and regenerates the skin.
🪴-Milk:
Mix two tablespoons of milk with the juice of a lemon, apply with cotton wool and wait for it to dry. Then apply a little Aloe Vera. Remember not to expose yourself to the sun after applying this remedy.
🪴-Radish:
Grind a little root and mix it with lemon juice, apply with cotton on the stains and remove with warm water.
