Last evening, S3 was pleased to host the Pioneer CCC Meeting at the newly opened S3 Canopy Active Ageing Centre (AAC) at Blk 693 Jurong West Central 1 🎉

We were glad to welcome Advisor Patrick Tay 郑德源 and members of the Pioneer CCC, and to share more about our work in supporting seniors, including our stroke prevention corner. 🧠

We look forward to building on this partnership and collaborating further for the wellbeing of the Pioneer community! ❤️

A wonderful day with the community at the launch of S3 Canopy Active Ageing Centre. ☀️

With S3 Canopy, we are expanding our focus beyond stroke recovery to include prevention — supporting seniors to stay active, connected, and healthier for longer, right in their neighbourhood.

From wellness activities to meaningful conversations, it was heartening to see seniors, partners and community members come together as we begin this new chapter in strengthening our continuum of care.
