Stroke Support Station

Stroke Support Station Established in 2015. S3 is the first and only stroke-focused community rehabilitation and wellness agency.

With S3, post-discharge survivors of stroke are able to receive care continuum through rehabilitation that integrates advanced rehabilitative technologies with conventional therapy. Therapy services include: rehab-tech and conventional physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and dynamic standing group therapy. Complementing our therapy services, our signature S3 Wellness programme supp

orts cognitive and psychosocial development in order to maximise recovery potential, independence and reintegration. S3 continues to work with partners to rally stroke survivors, their families, volunteers and partners to raise awareness of stroke prevention in the wider community.

The exoskeleton helps individuals practise repetitive, guided walking movements, allowing therapists to tailor training according to each person's abilities and recovery goals.

Our seniors from S3 Canopy Active Ageing Centre (AAC) had an exciting day out at Long Kuan Hung Crocodile Farm on 31 July! πŸŠπŸ’š

From learning about crocodile eggs and their growth stages to getting up close with baby crocodiles and feeding the adults, they enjoyed a fun and enriching experience while staying active, discovering something new and connect with one another.

Please be informed that all our centres will be closed on Friday, 28 August 2026 for S3's Staff Day, as our team takes the day to bond, connect and strengthen the way we support our community.

➑️ Operations will resume on Monday, 1 September 2026. Only the S3 Summit Adaptive gym will resume on Saturday, 29 August 2026.
