So many women hit their 40s and feel confused as to why so many things in their lives feel different. They’re still a lot of gaps in our understanding of women’s health, but it’s definitely getting a lot better! Studying with experts in the field, who have tailored their focus to understanding women is not only helpful but incredibly empowering. This is both a personal and professional exploration. Self leadership comes from a deeper awareness in understanding what’s going on in your body, your mind and on a deeper emotional level. Thanks for this wonderful program!
