It's looking to be an absolute scorcher of a weekend!!☀️🥵😎 Don't forget to keep applying your sun cream and to drink plenty of water. It is so important to keep hydrated when the weather is like this.

There a few things to remember when choosing your sun screen:

☀️ ONLY use SPF30 or higher
☀️ Make sure the sunscreen is protective against UVA & UVB
☀️ Choose a known brand that is water resistant
☀️ Apply 30 minutes before going in to the sun
☀️ Re-apply every couple of hours - if you are going in & out of water, or perspiring, remember to apply a lot more regularly
☀️ Always have a high factor face sun cream in your bag so you don't get caught out
