Join us as we explore Coney Island Park, walk through the mangroves, coastal trails, and end the morning with a relaxing brunch stop.

➡ Island Nature Loop

26 years ago, I was an athlete.
My days were filled with training, competitions, and big dreams.
I lived with passion and purpose — until one injury changed everything.

Leaving the track, I came to Singapore to start over.
Ten years ago, I became a wife, a mom, and a full-time homemaker.
My health hit rock bottom — my body grew heavier, my confidence faded, and even my heart felt tired.

Then life gave me another chance.
Thank you, Mark Hudge, for choosing me.
Thank you to my uplines who believed in me before I did.
And most of all, thank you to my mentor — for guiding me, step by step, with patience and vision.

💫 Today, the new Berry Fit Studio officially opens.
