On 20 May 2026, we welcomed the children and staff from Tinkerland @ Tanah Merah for their second visit to Tampines North Polyclinic.🥰

As part of the visit, the children explored different areas of the polyclinic through a fun stamp collection activity, where they visited various locations and met members of our care team. They also had the opportunity to measure their height and weight at the Health Monitoring Station (HMS), learning more about health and wellness engagingly.

The children further brought along Labour Day gifts for our staff, a thoughtful gesture that was greatly appreciated. To conclude the visit, Tampines North Polyclinic presented goodie bags to the children as a token of appreciation.

It was a joy to host the children and share a fun, interactive glimpse of healthcare. We look forward to welcoming them again and continuing to inspire curiosity about health and wellness.🌞

How can equitable AI be designed and successfully implemented in real-world care?

At last week’s Research Grand Rounds, Clin Asst Prof Alvin Ngeow, Clin Assoc Prof Oh Choon Chiat and Prof Nick Sevdalis shared how the technology-driven innovation, clinical needs, patient perspectives, and organisational support must come together to enable successful adoption in healthcare.

Moderated by Clin Assoc Prof (Dr) Tan Ngiap Chuan from SingHealth Polyclinics, the session drew a strong crowd of 400 participants for an engaging discussion on the future of AI-enabled care.
