This is why overthinking feels so tiring 🧠😪

Your brain reacts to “what ifs” like they’re happening right now, no wonder it feels exhausting.

Gentle tip: Bring yourself back to the present, or try this:
👀 look around and name 3 things you see
😮‍💨 take one slow breath
🧘‍♀️ remind yourself: i’m here, i’m okay

You don’t have to push your feelings away🫸

Sometimes, the more you fight them, the heavier they feel. Feelings come and go like waves. 🌊 You can let them pass, one at a time.

Throwback to 25 April 2026 at GSIS 2026 🌱

A room full of school leaders. 🤝
A meaningful question:

Are we building smart schools, or truly healthy ones? 💪

Zoala was grateful to be part of the conversation on AI in School Wellbeing: Strengthening Mental Wellbeing in Schools, where we explored how schools can better notice student struggles, support teachers earlier, and move from reactive counselling to proactive wellbeing. 🌟

Thank you to and everyone who joined us in rethinking what care can look like in schools. 🏫

A meaningful step forward for school wellbeing 💙

We were grateful to collaborate with REFO for a special session with school leaders, centered on an important conversation: how we can make mental wellness a stronger, more intentional part of school communities. 🏫

Together, we explored how AI-driven insights can support schools in understanding student and staff wellbeing more proactively, while creating space for thoughtful discussions around care, prevention, and early support.

It was more than an event. It was a reminder that wellbeing in schools should not just be something we talk about, but something we actively build into everyday learning environments.

A heartfelt thank you to REFO and all the school leaders who joined us, shared openly, and contributed to this meaningful conversation.

Swipe through for highlights from the session! 📸

Children don’t always say what they feel 👧👦

Sometimes it shows up as:
Silence, frustration, disengagement

And it’s easy to misunderstand that.💡
But mental health support isn’t just for when things go wrong, it shapes how children grow, learn, and connect.🌱

The earlier we support them, the stronger they become.
