As we give the earth a moment to rest this Earth Hour, let it remind us to do the same.
Our bodies aren’t meant to be “on” all the time — tension and fatigue build up more than we realise.
Rest is where healing begins.
Tonight, slow down, switch off, and let your body reset. 🌿
