At the start of Circuit Breaker (!!) in year 2000, we started zoom workout online to keep every active at home.
Since 2022, we started conducting 2x a week workout sessions at Tampines, and subsequently added in Yew Tee workout too.
We've seen people start as complete beginners, struggle through their first few sessions, and gradually become stronger, leaner, healthier, and more confident.
What keeps them coming back isn't just the exercise.
It's the friendships.
The encouragement.
The accountability.
The feeling that someone notices when you're not around.
The team cheer for them when they promoted from wall push up to chair push up, and eventually knee push up.
When you work out alone, motivation comes and goes.
But when you're part of a positive community, showing up becomes easier. And over time, those small actions turn into lasting habits.
Health is not built in a day.
It's built through thousands of small choices, repeated over time.
That's why I believe community is one of the most powerful tools for long-term wellness.
