So touched to witness not only ladies joining us, but also supportive husbands and caring sons accompanying their loved ones ❤️ A meaningful reminder that wellness is not just personal, it is a beautiful family journey.

Today, many participants experienced exciting “aha moments” discovering how our body meridians work from the TCM perspective ✨ Simple, natural, easy to learn, and practical for everyday self-care. Most importantly at your fingertips! 🙌

But when the acid environment becomes imbalanced, your body may start sending warning signs.

Your stomach normally has a very acidic pH (around 1.5–3.5) to help:
✔ Digest food
✔ Break down proteins
✔ Kill harmful bacteria

But when stomach acid becomes excessive or unbalanced, it may lead to:
⚠️ Burning sensation
⚠️ Acid reflux
⚠️ Bloating & indigestion
⚠️ Gastric irritation
⚠️ Discomfort after meals

Over time, persistent imbalance may contribute to conditions like gastritis or GERD.

🌿 Simple ways to care for your stomach:
✅ Eat regularly & avoid overeating
✅ Reduce overly spicy, oily, or highly processed foods
✅ Manage stress & sleep well
✅ Chew food slowly
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Listen to your body before symptoms worsen

Health begins with balance ⚖️ even stomach acid needs the right balance, not too much and not too little. 🌱

- is the inflammation of the stomach lining, caused by irritation, infection, or injury to the gastric mucosa. It ranges from acute, short-term irritation to chronic inflammation that can lead to ulcers or increased cancer risk if u treated.

- Gastroesophageal reflux disease, is a chronic digestive disorder in which stomach acid or bile repeatedly flows back into the esophagus. This reflux irritates the esophageal lining and can lead to symptoms such as heartburn and regurgitation. GERD is among the most common gastrointestinal conditions worldwide.

🌿 膀胱健康,不只是排尿这么简单 🌙
很多人的夜尿,其实是身体在提醒你…

#膀胱,就像我们身体里的一个“储水袋”,
负责储存尿液 & #排出代谢废物。

当 #肾脏把体内多余的水分和废物过滤出来 后,就会形成尿液,慢慢流进膀胱储存。

👉 先说清楚一点:没有一个“绝对固定”的膀胱容量数值,因为每个人体质、年龄、训练习惯都会有差异。不过在医学上有一个相对公认的范围。

✔ 正常容量:约 400–600ml

当尿量大约达到 200–300ml 时,
身体就会开始发出“想上厕所”(尿意)的信号。

👉 这个感觉,其实是身体在提醒你:该排了。

⚠️ 但很多问题,都是从“ #憋尿”开始的

如果习惯性忍着不去排👇
❗ 膀胱被反复撑大
❗ 敏感度失衡(变迟钝或过度敏感)
❗ 容易出现尿频、尿急
❗ 长期甚至增加不适或感染风险

🌙 为什么会 #尿频,尤其半夜?

🔹 膀胱控制力下降
🔹 白天累积的水分,晚上回流
🔹 睡眠浅,容易被唤醒
🔹 体质偏虚,调节能力不足

👉 本质是:储存与控制能力失去平衡

👉 尤其是 #年长者 常见的情况:
#排尿时没有完全排干净(残余尿),
膀胱里还留着一部分尿,
很快又产生尿意 👉 形成频尿或夜尿。

🌿 很重要的观念

排尿,不只是排水,
而是身体在做“代谢清理”。

👉 该排不排,
等于让废物继续停留在体内。

👉 久而久之,
影响的不只是膀胱,
还有你的睡眠、精神与整体状态。
