Many customers choose blue.
I became curious why.
Research suggests that colour can influence mood, attention, stress levels, and even physiological responses such as heart rate and blood pressure.
What fascinates me is how effortless colour can be.
Unlike many wellbeing practices that require us to do something, colour is simply there.
In the walls around us.
In the clothes we wear.
In the objects we place in our homes.
Quietly influencing our experience every day.
It does invite an interesting question👇🏼
If colour affects how we feel, could we become more intentional about the colours we surround ourselves with?
