Open the shop. Clean. Stock up. Reply to enquiries. Book appointments. Sort supplies. Welcome clients. Set up stations. Wrap up sessions. Make sure everything runs smoothly.

And that’s just what made it into this video.

Content, editing, events, collabs, admin… there’s always something going on.

Not every tattoo shop has a manager. We do — because having someone here to look after the details means our artists can focus on what they do best, and our clients get the experience they deserve.

A trip worth the recap

This wasn’t just about tattooing, it was about bringing the whole Lovesick family together.

From long tattoo sessions and live collaborations, to judging, exploring Malacca, incredible food, karaoke nights, late-night laughs, and sharing an amazing villa... every moment reminded us why we enjoy doing this together.
These trips are more than conventions, they’re about building friendships, learning from one another, supporting each other, and coming back stronger as a team.
