Designed for children aged 7 to 12, the SEE Learning ® programme integrates social, emotional and ethical learning with insights from science to support children’s holistic development.

Over seven engaging sessions, children will learn to:
• Understand emotions and body signals
• Strengthen attention and self-awareness
• Build resilience
• Develop empathy and compassionate relationships
• Cultivate gratitude and interconnectedness
