Savouring every bite of this alliums-free Gyoza Curry Ramen 🥟🍜🌱

Have you tried ’s Plant based gyoza? Whether steamed or pan fried, these gyozas are a flavour-packed delight 💯 This time, I enjoyed them with my curry noodle soup 😋

👩🏻‍🍳 Simple Recipe
•Meat Zero Gyoza
•Cooked noodles
•greens of choice
•shimeji mushrooms
•topping: chilli powder, sesame, chilli

For soup
•1-1.5 cup Veggie Broth
•1/2 cup Soy Milk
•2 tbsp Curry Paste
•1 tsp Spicy Bean Paste

Steps:
1. Boil noodles, gyoza, veg and mushrooms and set aside.
2. In medium pot, combine soup ingredients and bring to a boil before reduce heat to let it simmer.
3. In bowl, put noodles and pour soup over. Top with gyoza and veg, sesame seeds and extra chilli. Enjoy 😋

🥣 Comfort food 🤗 Minced Meat Pumpkin Porridge using plant based minced 🌱

When I was younger, my Grandma would always cook pork porridge for lunch when she visits us during the weekend! Here’s my vegan version of her porridge 💚

🔆🔆🔆

•1/2 cup rinsed white rice
•5 cups water/ veg broth
•1 cup chopped pumpkin
•1 thumb ginger sliced
•1 Tbsp soy sauce
•Sea salt, White Pepper
•Mushroom Floss (optional)

For Minced Meat:
•Half pack MZ Minced Meat
•1 Tbsp Soy sauce
•Dash of White pepper
•1 tsp sesame oil

Steps
1. In large pot, add rinsed rice, water and sliced ginger. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat to simmer.
2. Add chopped pumpkin in. Stir the pot every 10 minutes to ensure rice does not stick to the bottom of pot.
3. In a separate bowl, combine minced meat, soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper. Mix well.
4. Once pumpkin softens, add minced meat breaking into small pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Once porridge is cooked through, serve in a bowl and enjoy!

Healthier .Singapore Oil for all your home cooking! 👩🏻‍🍳✨ Here’s a simple recipe using OKI’s Premium Sunflower Oil 🌻

🌱Stir fry Eggplant, Tofu and MincedMeat🌱
Ingredients
* 1 Block Tofu, sliced
* 2 Small Eggplants, sliced
* Plant based Minced Meat
* 2 Tbsp OKI sunflower oil
* 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
* 1 tsp Vegetarian oyster sauce
* 1 tsp Spicy Bean Paste
* Chilli padi

Steps
1. Add OKI oil to medium pan.
2. Add in sliced eggplant and stir to coat in sunflower oil. Add some water and cover with lid to let eggplant cook and soften.
3. Once soften, pan fry the tofu and add in soy sauce, spicy bean paste, vegetarian oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
4. Transfer tofu and eggplant to plate.
5. Add minced meat into pan and flavour with soy sauce. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
6. Top minced meat on tofu and eggplant. Add chilli padi. Enjoy 😋

🥦Vegan Dinner at 몽크스부처 ✨ A 100% Vegan Restaurant located in Itaewon!

What we tried:
🍗Fried Lion's Mane Mushroom (18,)
My fav! Crispy fried mushrooms coated with a savoury handmade garlic-soy sauce. 😚

🍝 Mille-Feuille Ragu Pasta (28,)
Rigatoni pasta with minced meat sauce, grilled vegetables, eggplant and zucchini. Portion was huge.

🥔 Homemade Gnocchi with Vegan Beef Crumbles (28,)
With spring green pesto, sweet pumpkin puree & lotus chips. Pumpkin purée was nice but felt the texture of the potato gnocchi could be better.
