Last Friday, we hosted our Year-End Appreciation Dinner — a small gathering that held a lot of meaning for us.

For the first time, we had our supervisors, clinical partners, community collaborators, and the SWC team in one space. Many of you were meeting us in person after years of conversations, calls, and shared care for clients.

In reflecting on 2025, we realised that growth for SWC is not about becoming the biggest. It is about being part of the community in a grounded and sincere way, focusing on fit, care, and integrity. It is about becoming the name people trust when someone they love needs support.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Your belief in us shapes who we are and who we hope to become.
