PERIMENOPAUSE can be challenging for some women and can last a few years. You don’t have to feel helpless and frustrated in this important transition of your womanhood.

I read so many books and articles when navigating through my own perimenopausal journey and found that information was very scattered. Some literature focused only around diet, while others focused only on memory or hormone replacement therapy. So I began to compile everything and did research on how to adopt a holistic approach to manage my own symptoms. And it is working so well.

Join me on this 4-part series where you will learn how to activate your back-up organs to produce the much needed hormones to balance your moods, stress and energy levels.

Past participants really valued the safe intimate sharing and supportive environment that was developed within the group.

Throughout my yoga and meditation journey, I’ve noticed that I’ve had bursts of inspiration and go all out and moments of shakti pad (moments where I want to throw in the towel and stop practising altogether).

Attending the 10-day intensive Lifecycles and Lifestyles retreat has helped me reflect and reaffirm MY WHY. I want to live consciously, grow older gracefully (physically, mentally and spiritually) and share these wonderful teachings with others.

Attending the retreat was the easy part. Applying what I’ve learnt is the real test. 😅

Today is Day 1 of my 90-day practice. I will have to put aside at least 75 minutes for my stretches and meditation.

The meditation is called Develop Your Hidden Greatness! What an inspiring name.

I was called to have my purple labradorite crystal as my meditation companion. Labradorites are normally blue and purple is unusual. Purple labradorite are intended for transformation! It aids in spiritual growth by acting as a prism for the seven rays from the energy field, allowing them to align with one’s own.

Purple labradorites helps us see things as they truly are, in order for us to make empowered choices about what action we need to take next. It will move through our Chakras, clearing out any blockages that may be present. As blockages clear out, we will feel lighter and able to move into your own spiritual power, so that you are not dependent upon others or other outside sources for your personal power or strength.

How amazing that my intuition knew which stone to accompany me.

This beautiful energetically charged rudraksha necklace came to me yesterday. There were so many attractive ones but this one caught my attention when I first walked into the shop.

Ganesha protects and the removes obstacles from one’s path. Green Labradorite is a magical and rare stone, bringing calming and joyful energy with intellectual clarity. It also sparks creativity and enhances spiritual knowledge and guidance.

When choosing energetically charged items, I prefer to FEEL their energy rather than select them using the head. So after deciding to purchase this necklace, I was so happy that when the card accompanying this necklace read “Fulfillment of Desires & Prosperity”. How meaningful.
