Frozen shoulder rehab is usually more about consistency than intensity.

Gentle movement done regularly often works better than forcing painful stretches.

Recovery takes patience, but small movements every day can make a big difference.

Save & share this with someone struggling with shoulder stiffness.

Frozen shoulder can feel incredibly frustrating because even simple movements start becoming difficult.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to aggressively “stretch through” the stiffness.

But irritated shoulders often respond better to:
• Gentle movement
• Gradual mobility work
• Progressive strengthening

The right exercises aim to:
✓ Maintain movement
✓ Reduce guarding
✓ Improve shoulder control
✓ Gradually rebuild strength

Recovery can take time, but aim to move better to avoid other complications. See our physiotherapists if you need help with frozen shoulder or shoulder pain.

If your hips constantly feel blocked, stiff, or pinchy during squats or runs, your body may need more than stretching alone.

A lot of hip pain comes from poor movement control, reduced hip mobility, and joints that aren’t tolerating load well. That’s why rehab usually focuses on both mobility AND strength together.

These are 3 exercises we commonly use to help improve hip movement, reduce compression, and build better support around the joint.

Remember: the goal isn’t to force range. The goal is to help the hip move more comfortably and confidently over time.

Save this for your next leg day, and send it to someone always complaining about “tight hips”.

Think you’re mobile enough? 👀

We challenged Jaden and fitness instructor Jake with a simple mobility test… and let’s just say someone needs to work harder on certain areas 😂

A lot of people train hard but still struggle with mobility without even realising it. Tight hips, stiff shoulders, limited rotation, poor balance - these things often only show up when your body is challenged in specific positions.

Mobility isn’t about being “flexible”. It’s about having control, stability, and confidence through movement.

So… can YOU do this challenge? Tag someone who needs to try it next 😂

Many sports injuries are the result of habits that build up over time.

Poor preparation, sudden spikes in activity, ignoring early signs of discomfort, lack of proper support, and inadequate recovery all increase the strain placed on your body during sport.

Over time, this makes injuries more likely to happen.

While staying active is important, approaching sports with the right training structure, consistency, and care is what keeps you performing and injury-free in the long run.

Injuries don’t usually come out of nowhere. They build from habits most people don’t think twice about.

Skipping warm-ups.
Playing through discomfort.
Going all out after a week of inactivity.

It feels fine… until it doesn’t.

The difference between someone who plays consistently and someone who keeps getting sidelined often comes down to these small decisions. If you want to keep doing the sports you enjoy long-term, it’s not about doing less.

It’s about doing it smarter.

Save this as a quick check-in before your next game.

Not all lunges are the same, and that’s the point.

Different variations challenge your body in different ways, depending on what you need:
more stability, more strength, or better control. Instead of repeating the same movement every session, small changes can give you a completely different training effect.

The goal isn’t just to do lunges. It’s to choose the right one for your body.

Which variation felt the hardest for you?
