Glad to be able to find an affordable gym for a day in Hengchun.

I never thought I could find a lying bench row but here it is. Tried it, not my cup of tea, though. I don’t like exercises that compresses my chest while repping, makes it hard to breathe.

Overall, nice experience. Not crowded, sufficient equipment.

Doing a test taste with 100kg.
Been awhile since I train in the 90% range.
Strength training, to me, is constantly chasing after the next peak or even re-climbing a mountain you slip down from.
I spent 2024 in a strength plateau, let’s see whether I re-climb to hit my previous numbers in 2024.

I was influenced by Louie Simmons take up conjugate style of powerlifting. Speed days, box squating, help my lifts improved, reduce rate of injuries,improve techniques and conditioning.
