🌻We use chairs, ropes, blocks in our yoga classes not because we don’t know how to do the pose, but to be more engaged in the pose, to do and feel the pose better.
🌻Yoga props help to awaken our muscles, our senses and our minds as we stay in the pose.
🌻Props help us to regulate our breath, bring our attention inwards and keep the mind from being tense when practicing more challenging poses.
🧘🏻♀️This inward journey to ourselves, to be aware of our physical and mental state can only be made possible by consistency in Yoga practice.
🧘🏻♀️Do not look for big and fast rewards. The rewards from your yoga practice will naturally come as when you practice with a pure mind.
🧘🏻♂️Live and cherish the present moment. 🙏🏻
