From a person with Zest to the max, and at the peak of my career. All was taken away by a major road accident. I was dignose with a stable crack on C6 of my spine on. I was semi-paralyse for a short period. My nervous system and lots of other organs were also affected. I had to re-learn, to sit and walk. What followed was a suite of medications including steroids & morphines. Was popping at least

60 pills a day without 2nd thought. Well, I trusted the doctors! I went from 45kg to almost 80kg in 2 weeks. I started slipping into depression unknowingly. As months and years went on, I did not get well, instead got weaker, till towards almost 2 years, I could barely get out of bed and had to be carried or crawled to move around. Having not seen me since the accident, my hair dresser was shocked at my condition and suggested that I should try Traditional Chinese Medicine, at least it is toxic free. Which, was the 1st turn in my life. Then the physician informed that me kidney & liver is badly damaged from the heavy medication. Gave me 1 round of heavy detox. After 7 days, I literally drove to work. Seeing that my health has recovered significantly, the doctors reduced my medications to a lower level. In 2016, I was further diagnose with 50% brain damage thus causing epilepsy and PTSD fr the accident. Again, my medication was upped. And immediately, I became sluggish and spend most days in bed again as I was too weak to move. Then my chiro informed that my liver was again getting weak, and I should seek alternative health. And that I did immediately exploring all channels, research & learning as much as I could. And today, I am clean from medications, and have picked up life again. Now, I am a firm believer of natural health. I learned to read labels on all products that gets near my skin or into my mouth. As I now know, how vulnerable our kidney, liver, nervous system, endocrine system and etc are. I even make my own toiletries (Trust me it is so fun and relaxing .. ) with no toxins. Roll & Release (Tap Tip Nail)

Heard of Raindrop Therapy (RDT) or Vitaflex❓ Why do we stress so much on Roll & Release (Tap Tip Nail), and not rubbing oils in like massages we are used to. ❗

Roll & Release Technique is based on Vitaflex which is based on ancient Tibetan healing methodologies that once incorporated acupuncture, acupressure and reflexology.

It was introduced to America in the 1920s by Stanley Burroughs (Burroughs). Burroughs coined the term "vitality through the reflexes. 🤩

This technique is a natural but specialized form of electrical stimulation, involving the gentle pressing and rolling motion of the facilitator's fingertips, pads and nails onto the receiver's body surface at meridians or reflex or acupuncture points, which in turn induces current within the body through those control points. 🖐

Gary's ideas of using this technique together with essential oils are for enhancing the effectiveness of both. 💯

*TRIPLING YOUR CONDITIONER*

1. Remove 2/3 of the conditioner and store for later (Grab a bottle from target travel section!)

2. With remaining conditioner, add warm/hot water. (Tap, distilled, filtered, whatever you have)
3. Mix by gently shaking until mixture is fully incorporated

Personally, as you guys know I have long hair, just below the shoulder. I use slightly below a 20cts coin size each time.
Guess how long that last

*TOXIC-FREE LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER RECIPE*
Recipe for a 120 ml spray bottle:
1.5 teaspoon YL Copaiba Vanilla Hair Conditioner
5 drops Lavender
5 Drops Tea Tree
5 Drops Geranium
Top up with warm distilled or filtered water. Shake before use.

So why not have a go and play with your favourite essential oil scent or even better, pick something supportive of hair growth.
