Hemorrhoids (piles) : minimally invasive treatment
Hemorrhoids are a taboo. Nobody talks about hemorrhoids. A hemorrhoid disorder is unpleasant. It itches, it burns and it hurts.

Almost 10,000 people in Singapore suffer from Haemorrhoids each year with 7,000 requiring surgery.

However: Hemorrhoids are important! Healthy haemorrhoids as vascular pads contribute significantly to the fine closure of the a**s. They support the function of the sphincter. In the course of life, however, a large number of people experience enlarged or lowered pads. At an advanced stage, surgery is usually performed, often with excessive hemorrhoid tissue being cut out.

The low-pain treatment of hemorrhoids using laser radiation is a very good alternative to traditional surgical procedures. Laser energy is used to close feeding vessels to the Haemorrhoid as well as shrinking the Haemorrhoidal cushion. This helps to resolve the problem - bleeding (hence burning sensation), pain and engorgement.

A pilonidal sinus (PNS) is a small hole or tunnel in the skin. It may fill with fluid or pus, causing the formation of a cyst or abscess. It occurs in the cleft at the top of the buttocks. A pilonidal cyst usually contains hair, dirt, and debris. It can cause severe pain and can often become infected. If it becomes infected, it may ooze pus and blood and have a foul odor.

A PNS is a condition that mostly affects men and is also common in young adults. It’s also more common in people who sit a lot, like cab drivers.

How to be a perfect ARSE ? (Piles free)
Eat more high-fibre foods; fruits, vegetable, and whole grains as they soften the stool and increases its bulk, which will reduce the need to strain when passing motion that can cause haemorrhoids. Add fibre to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
Drink six to eight glasses of water and other liquids (not alcohol - unfortunately) each day to help keep stools soft.
Do not strain. Straining and holding your breath when trying to pass a stool creates greater pressure in the veins in the lower re**um.
Go as soon once you have the urge to avoid delayed bowel movement causing stool to dry out and harden.
Exercise to help prevent constipation and to reduce pressure on veins, which can occur with long periods of standing or sitting.
Avoid long periods of sitting. Sitting too long, particularly on the toilet, can increase the pressure on the veins in the a**s.
