Somewhere along the way, many of us became so used to coping, pushing through & carrying on… that we forgot what it feels like to simply receive support.

So this June, these sessions are created as a space to soften, rest into sound, breath & presence.
New themes arrive these few months — from The Cosmic Womb to Gravity of the Heart — each offering a doorway into rest, reflection & reconnection.
