SCDF Awards And Recipients

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). I only became aware of this recognition when I received a text message last week, and I am truly grateful and honoured.

I am proud to be one of the MyResponder volunteers, playing a small part in helping to save lives and support our communities. Every responder, volunteer, and emergency personnel contributes to making Singapore and the world a safer and better place for all.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who dedicates their time, effort, and courage to helping innocent people in times of need. Your commitment to serving others is deeply inspiring.

I would also like to thank my wife, Mrs Yu Natasha Sim ( S ), who joined me in collecting the award and attending the SCDF Awards Ceremony on 28 May 2026. Your support means a great deal to me.

Thank you, SCDF, and thank you to all fellow responders for your service, dedication, and compassion.
