New kombucha brand –

You + I started on a kitchen table in Glasgow in 2017. Organic, unpasteurised, naturally sparkling. Made with Whole leaf Assam tea. Fermented with French oak — most kombucha isn’t.

Oak contains natural tannins. They give the brew structure and a gentle complexity, the same way they do in wine. You’ll taste it as a subtle dryness that smooths out the sourness, making it feel like a drink instead of a health shot.

Five flavours now exclusively in store: Original, Ginger, Lime Sea Salt, Lemon Lavender and Black Cherry.

Led by mindfulness teacher Tan Cheen Chong, our Mindful Eating Masterclass explores how slowing down at the table can reduce stress and support digestion.

Each attendee chooses between a slice of banana loaf or orange almond cake, with unlimited ginger tea brewed to support digestion.

Since its founding, has run its kitchens on a single standard: food that nourishes without compromise.

COMO Shambhala Kitchen is that standard. Cooking techniques chosen to preserve the bioavailability of nutrients. Ingredients brought from field to table with minimum delay. Dishes low in sugar and salt, with no artificial additives.
