Over the past months, we have had the privilege of conducting a series of women's health education workshops focused on helping women understand their bodies, improve their wellbeing, and make informed health decisions.
From menstrual health and hormonal balance to nutrition, sleep, stress management, and preventive health, each workshop has been designed to provide practical, science-based knowledge that women can apply in their daily lives.

For decades, fitness, nutrition, and performance strategies have been built on male data, male hormones, and male recovery patterns. Then women are expected to follow the same blueprint and wonder why it doesn’t feel right.

But here’s the truth: women are not designed to function the same way every single day.

Your body is cyclical.
Your hormones shift.
Your energy, stamina, strength, and recovery needs change across your menstrual cycle.

I stopped using wearables to track my health and became more aware, not less.

Not because data isn’t useful, but because I shifted from numbers to body awareness and response.

For years, I tracked many things such as daily steps, sleep quality, VO₂ max, and heart rate. But I realized how often I relied on a number to validate how I felt.

So I paused.

And started tuning in
• My energy when I wake up
• My breath, shallow or deep
• My strength and endurance across my menstrual cycle
• Whether my body needs rest or movement

That’s when it clicked

We don’t lack data. We lack connection.

Your breath is data.
Your body signals are data.
Your awareness is your most powerful tool.

Wearables can guide you but they should never replace your ability to feel.

Because true health isn’t just measured it’s experienced.

Another Year, Tradition of Gratitude on my birthday

As I step into my birthday month once again, I’m reminded of how each passing year brings its own lessons, growth, and moments of grace. One tradition that has become especially meaningful to me is donating blood, a simple way to give back.
