When your little one is dealing with cough, a stuffy nose or chest congestion, a gentle massage can be a comforting part of their bedtime or recovery routine. 🤍

For babies, keep everything soft, slow and gentle.

🌿 Our suggested comfort routine:
1️⃣ Gently massage the chest from the centre outwards
2️⃣ Massage the upper back with slow circular motions
3️⃣ Massage the soles of the feet
4️⃣ Hold baby upright and gently pat the back with a cupped hand
5️⃣ Garlic Balm can be used as an optional add-on only if suitable for your baby’s age and skin

💚 Kidz Paradize Vapour Rub can be used as part of the massage routine for comfort during cough and congestion.

Important for little ones:
