Physician Lim's self care pack!

As a cardiac sonographer, I used to suffer a lot of neck, wrist and back pains, due to the physical strain from the job. Now as a TCM physician, I still do have some pains from constantly bending, squatting, and using my wrist and fingers while performing acupuncture.

These are some of the self care products that I use especially at the end of a tiring day.

It is always important to remind ourselves to take care of ourselves and our bodies.💕🤗
